1. All documents are in Word and excel formats and are transmitted automatically via our secure server 
2. All documents are based on American codes and standards 
3. Payment can be made on line via credit cards 
4. Once payment has been completed documents, you will receive a receipt  and a unique number for uploading purchased documents 
5. You should receive the purchased documents within a few minutes via our secure payment server once payment has been completed 
6. In a few instances depending on the your companies in house security systems we might need to send you the purchased documents via direct email, please send us an email on the following  qaqconline@googlemail.com
